FAQ's
Yes, Time Critical CPR & First Aid is a registered training organisation (RTO number: 51503) with the Training and Accreditation Council (WA) and all our courses are nationally recognised.
The HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certificate is valid for three (3) years from the date of attainment. It does however include the HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is recommended by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) to be renewed annually.
The frequency of renewing your CPR certification is governed by your industry requirements, for example, electricians need to renew it every 12 months. Although the optimal interval for retraining has not been established, the Australian Resuscitation Council (www.resus.org.au) recommends that CPR is renewed every year to ensure that a First Aider is able to perform CPR effectively.

Absolutely! Majority of Time Critical’s courses are delivered on client sites. Please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly team to discuss your requirements.
Time Critical understands that our clients’ needs may sometimes fall outside normal business hours, therefore we offer courses on weekends and even in the evening to ensure we meet those requirements. These weekend or evening courses are delivered at no additional cost.
We sure can! We would require a group (minimum of 6 people) to deliver at your home and enough space for the practical assessment of CPR.
Your certificate will be emailed to you in a .PDF format within 48hrs of completing the course, providing all pre-course assessments have been completed and you have provided Time Critical with a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI).
A USI (Unique student identifier) is a government requirement for anyone undertaking accredited training – like doing one of our courses, for example! You only have to obtain your USI number once and will need to provide it every time you undertake any nationally recognised training. You can either create or locate your USI number at www.usi.gov.au.
Time Critical will only be able to provide you with a certificate once we have received and verified your USI
Time Critical is an approved Construction Training Fund (CTF) Bulk Billing Provider (www.bcitf.org).
“The Construction Training Fund, provides funding support for training of eligible workers in the construction industry. We acknowledge the support of the Construction Training Fund in reducing the costs of training for eligible workers.”

When you have used your kit, always ensure you replace the content used immediately. Yearly checks or audits is to replace any missing or expired medical supplies. All Time Critical First Aid kits come with a content list that can be used when checking or auditing your kit.
