Just wanted to let you know that the instructor we had, Elaine Walsham, did an excellent job. She turned what could have been a mundane First aid course into a very practical enjoyable learning experience. Whilst I appreciate the importance of brushing up on First aid skills, Elaine completely engaged the class and I came away with what I think was a lot more confidence than would have normally been achieved than if had been done via “death by Power point”. If you can please pass that along to Elaine that her time was well spent and appreciated. Thanks.
