I think the biggest thing for me yesterday was how you made everyone feel comfortable, you kept the whole group in line whenever they tried to break away and I’m shocked at how well you did in getting me to come out of my shell in the acting sessions. It was good to learn the changes in relation to broken limbs, the CPR on the babies and young kids was important to me, the information surrounding the mucous plug caused by drowning was invaluable and something I was not aware of, the emergency apps that you bought to my attention and I guess the information surrounding possible symptoms surrounding heart conditions, stroke and heat stress was well worth being refreshed. Given that I’m getting older, the latter were probably the most invaluable. I can’t thank you enough for your absolute professionalism and dedication to your course content. I was wiped by the end of the session and feel I got tremendous value from the course. I would highly recommend you as a trainer any and every day of the week.

On the 24 March 2019 myself and 4 of my colleagues from Falcon VFRS attended a first aid course at the DFES Training Academy in Forrestfield. We were taught by Di (Last name unknown) and this was one of the best courses I have ever been on. Di was the first instructor I have known that actually wanted to be there to teach because she wanted too, not because she had too, and this made for a very enjoyable day. Di was very knowledgeable, had a good sense of humour and treated everybody equally regardless of their experience. This is the first time I have ever come out of a course with the confidence to try out my skills should the situation arise. Even on the car ride home my colleagues commented on how much they enjoyed the day as well and we all hope that when the time comes to renew our qualifications we get Di as our instructor. I rate Di a 10/10 and this is the first time I have ever written to a company to congratulate one of their staff.

I wanted to take the time to say thanks for such amazing service in regards to our recent training course Provide First Aid held on the 6th in Port Hedland. From my very first enquiry with Time Critical up until the day of training the service has been amazing. Susan handled any question or concern I had with absolute priority and Jeremy’s skills, knowledge and communication skills made for a very smooth day for all the crew that attended. He had a tough group to train and he did it to perfection, the team are still talking about things they learnt and I have absolutely no doubt that in the event of an emergency they now have the skills and knowledge to make a positive difference. I will highly recommend Time Critical in the future to anyone looking at First Aid training and will be my first point of call for any future personnel I need to get First Aid trained. Just wanted to let you know that the instructor we had, Elaine Walsham, did an excellent job. She turned what could have been a mundane First aid course into a very practical enjoyable learning experience. Whilst I appreciate the importance of brushing up on First aid skills, Elaine completely engaged the class and I came away with what I think was a lot more confidence than would have normally been achieved than if had been done via “death by Power point”.
