MANAGING DIRECTOR 

With over 35 years of experience across telecommunications, wine, legal services, and first aid training, Fleur brings a diverse and strategic perspective to business leadership. She has been with Time Critical CPR & First Aid for 15 years, serving as Managing Director for the past decade. With a strong commitment to real-world application and industry relevance, Fleur has led the organisation to become a trusted provider for clients ranging from mining & construction to education, government, and healthcare sectors.

In her role, Fleur oversees all aspects of the business—from operations and compliance to team leadership and strategic growth. She manages a dedicated team of office staff and coordinates a wide network of trainers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nationally recognised first aid and CPR training across Australia.

Fleur’s background in varied industries has shaped her adaptable, solutions-focused approach. She is known for her calm leadership, operational insight, and commitment to excellence. Under her guidance, Time Critical has expanded its reach, refined its systems, and strengthened its reputation for professionalism and reliability.

Driven by integrity, teamwork, and a passion for empowering others, Fleur continues to lead with vision and purpose, fostering a culture of care, capability, and continuous improvement. She believes first aid training should empower people to act decisively in emergencies – not just tick a compliance box. Administrators

KATE

Kate is an accomplished and award-winning administrator with over 30 years of experience in business management, compliance, accounting, and real estate operations. Recognised for her leadership and excellence, she was named Administrator of the Year in both 2009 and 2016, and Administrator of the Half Year in 2015 for one of Australia’s largest real estate franchise groups.

Currently working as the Operations Manager for Time Critical CPR & First Aid in a dynamic administrative and compliance-focused role, she brings expertise in diary and travel management, venue coordination, RTO compliance, government tenders, general accounting, and end-to-end business operations. Managed multiple software systems and played a key role in implementing business-wide platforms and procedures.

With a strong background in staff recruitment, performance management, mentoring, and conflict resolution, she is passionate about helping individuals reach their potential while maintaining high organisational standards.

Driven by a love for her work and a passion for ongoing learning, she thrives in environments where she can mentor others, contribute to operational excellence, and continue developing both personally and professionally.

NATASHA

Natasha is an experienced administrative professional with over 25 years of expertise spanning education, training, finance, and customer service. She currently serves as Office Manager at Time Critical CPR & First Aid, where she oversees student systems, trainer scheduling, course coordination, client relationships, and operational logistics.

Natasha’s background includes roles across the training and education sector. She brings deep knowledge of student management systems, financial platforms, and scheduling tools, along with strong capabilities in certification processing, client liaison, and compliance support.

Before migrating to Australia, Natasha held finance and administration roles in South Africa, where she managed payroll, accounts payable, and international supplier relations.

Known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and client-focused approach, Natasha is a highly adaptable team member who thrives in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.

HOLLY

Holly is Time Critical CPR & First Aid’s Junior Administrator supporting the smooth daily operation of the office and training services. With an attention to detail, she can manage multiple tasks to ensure timely processing of all work.

Key responsibilities include handling training enquiries, greeting clients, managing incoming calls and payments, setting up training rooms, verifying certificates, and maintaining office and training supplies. She also assists in course preparation and completion, manage diaries, and perform various ad-hoc administrative duties.

Holly plays a vital role in creating a seamless experience for both trainers and clients.

Trainers

ABBIE

With over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, Abbie brings deep knowledge, compassion, and leadership to her role. She is a dependable professional known for her strong organisational, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Abbie is committed to empowering students, supporting them to reach their full potential through a person-centred and collaborative approach. Her career includes leadership roles at Activ Foundation—such as Business Development Lead, Specialist Disability Coordinator, and Team Leader—where she excelled in stakeholder engagement, training, compliance, and program development.

Abbie is also a recipient of the 2020 Activ Shining Star Award for excellence and leadership in the disability sector.

Guided by values of respect, empathy, and lifelong learning, Abbie continues to grow professionally to help every student thrive.

DANE

With over 15 years of experience as an industrial medic and security professional, Dane brings expertise, calm leadership, and professionalism to high-pressure environments. He holds Certificates IV in Healthcare and Training & Assessment, and is highly skilled in emergency response, conflict management, and team coordination.

Dane’s background in both medical and security operations allows him to handle incidents effectively while ensuring the safety of staff and the public. He currently works with Time Critical CPR & First Aid providing medical support, leading emergency responses, and delivering advanced first aid and CPR training.

Dane also contributes to training materials, equipment protocols, and safety systems, continually improving emergency preparedness. A natural educator, he’s passionate about building others’ confidence and capability in crisis situations.

His dedication has earned him multiple awards, including the Shining Star Award (2007) and Team Galaxy Award (2009), reflecting his reliability, leadership, and impact.

DEB

With over 35 years of experience across education, emergency response, safety, and training, Deborah brings exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a passion for empowering others. A qualified Trainer and Assessor, she has taught swimming and first aid for decades, focusing on building confidence and practical skills in safety and emergency situations.

As a First Aid Trainer with Time Critical CPR & First Aid, she delivers nationally recognised courses with clarity and care.

She holds a wide range of qualifications, including Certificates IV in Training and Assessment and Healthcare, as well as accreditations in first aid, aquatic education, and safety. Deborah is also a Royal Life Saving Community Trainer and an Austswim qualified  swimming teacher.

Driven by integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to safety, Deborah is a trusted educator dedicated to helping others thrive in all environments.

DECLAN

With over 30 years of experience in paramedicine, emergency response, and workplace health and safety, Declan is a respected leader known for his clinical expertise and commitment to improving emergency care in industrial, mining, and remote settings.

Starting his career he advanced from Ambulance Officer to Qualified Paramedic and later held leadership roles in training and operations. He was instrumental in developing emergency training programs for paramedics and industrial medics across the state.

Since 2014, Declan has worked in mining as a Paramedic and Injury Management Coordinator, providing emergency care, training response teams, and managing injury and return-to-work programs. His calm, systematic approach ensures effective medical response in high-risk environments.

He is a qualified Trainer and Assessor, delivering accredited courses for Time Critical CPR & First Aid and continues to mentor and lead with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for saving lives.

DI

With over 20 years of experience in emergency medical response, Di is a dedicated registered Paramedic known for her professionalism, compassion, and calm leadership. She has lead emergency responses, delivers patient care, and supports workplace health initiatives.

She is also a Trainer and Assessor with Time Critical CPR & First Aid, delivering accredited first aid and CPR training with a focus on practical skills and student confidence.

Di holds a Diploma of Paramedical Science, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She brings deep clinical knowledge and a strong commitment to safety, patient care, and education.

JACQUI

With over 20 years of experience in education, emergency response, and community service, Jacqui is a skilled professional known for her leadership, communication, and critical thinking. She currently works for Time Critical CPR & First Aid, focusing on community education, safety advocacy, and first aid training.

Her hands-on experience includes roles as an IRB Driver/Crew Member and volunteer with Whitford’s Marine Rescue.

Holding a Bachelor of Education and multiple certifications in training, emergency care, and rescue operations, Jacqui combines resilience, empathy, and strong communication to empower diverse audiences and promote community safety.

JESS

Jess is a dedicated secondary educator and trainer for Time Critical CPR & First Aid. She excels in curriculum design, student engagement, and wellbeing support, fostering inclusive and motivating learning environments.

Jess has held leadership roles such as Head of Year and SRA Technologies Coordinator, leading teams and implementing data-driven strategies to improve student outcomes.

Committed to evidence-based teaching and student wellbeing, Jess continually advances her skills through training in Growth Coaching, Cultural Responsiveness, and Trauma-Informed Practice. She combines industry knowledge with educational expertise to inspire both colleagues and students.

JUDE

Jude is a respected Trainer and Assessor with a strong track record in delivering high-quality, engaging programs across the aquatic, recreation, and community sectors. Combining a background in education, design, and emergency services, she brings creativity, precision, and practical expertise to her training.

Jude delivers nationally recognised qualifications across metropolitan and regional WA. She is skilled in developing inclusive, learner-focused programs and adapting delivery to meet diverse needs.

Her earlier career as a Senior Graphic Designer sharpened her attention to detail, project management, and communication—strengths that now enhance her effectiveness as an educator.

Beyond the classroom, Jude is an active community contributor through roles with Marine Rescue Whitford’s and Mullaloo Surf Life Saving Club, where she’s been recognised with awards for her dedication to training and safety.

Her commitment to excellence, innovation, and community service makes her a valuable asset to our training team.

JUSTIN

Justin is a seasoned management professional with a diverse background across hospitality, retail, events, and training. Now a Trainer and Assessor with Time Critical CPR & First Aid, he delivers accredited courses in first aid, emergency response, and workplace safety, combining practical experience with a learner-focused approach.

His leadership experience includes senior operational roles with major Australian organisations where he managed large teams, complex logistics, and multimillion-dollar operations. This hands-on background informs his effective, real-world training style.

A committed community volunteer, Justin trains and mentors surf lifesavers at Coogee Beach SLSC and supports public safety with St John’s WA.

Holding an Advanced Diploma of Management, Diploma in Emergency Care and qualifications in training, safety, and emergency response, Justin is known for his collaborative leadership and dedication to excellence in both education and community service.

STACEY

Stacey is a dedicated and highly empathetic professional with extensive experience in industrial medical services. Known for her friendly, outgoing nature and strong sense of humour, Stacey brings professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for the care and wellbeing of others to every role she undertakes.

As an Industrial Medic, Stacey provides emergency medical support at high-intensity sporting events, including motocross, speedboat, and jet ski competition. She holds a Certificate IV in Health Care, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and Drug and alcohol testing. Stacey is skilled in triage, trauma management, and patient care, consistently demonstrating empathy and calm efficiency under pressure.

Stacey combines strong organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities, making her equally effective in both frontline medical and as a trainer for Time Critical CPR, First Aid (including advanced first aid) and Drug Testing Training.

Her commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and safety ensures high-quality training for all participants.

MARK

Mark is an experienced First Aid Trainer and has worked as a trainer for over 25 yrs. Currently based in Newman, WA. He delivers accredited training across remote and regional communities, combining his skills in first aid, emergency response, and community engagement.

Mark is accredited to deliver multiple nationally recognised courses and regularly supports volunteer development, often mentoring newer team members and providing mental health support during challenging times.

With a strong background in both training and operational roles, Mark has also worked with St John Ambulance in various training and on road roles.

He holds qualifications in health care, training, business, and management, and is known for his calm leadership, practical skills, and deep commitment to community wellbeing.

PETER

Peter is a dedicated and dynamic educational leader with over 15 years of experience in secondary and first aid education across the UK and Australia. He has also held roles as Deputy Principal and Behaviour Management Coordinator. Peter specialises in curriculum development, staff mentoring, and student engagement, with a strong focus on Health, Physical and Outdoor Education.

A collaborative team player, Peter has contributed to course development and training in CPR and Provide First Aid through his work with Time Critical CPR & First Aid, helping to deliver high-quality, practical education. He holds a BSc in Exercise & Health Science  and Diplomas in Management and Business. Known for his firm but fair leadership, Peter is committed to fostering inclusive, high-performance learning environments aligned with school and community goals.

Qualified Trainers

All our trainers have sound clinical experience and national training qualifications. They are dedicated and highly motivated individuals who pride themselves on achieving the highest level of professionalism through their communication and presentation skills to ensure the best possible standard of training.

Experienced Administrators

All of our Administration team have 20 plus years of experience working in the VET sector and are equipped to deal with everything from minor queries for an individual to do a course, to booking a corporate training plan based on various training units, venues and times.
